Thank you for choosing Okira Studio! We are committed to providing you with powerful AI image generation tools. Because our service involves the immediate consumption of server resources and digital delivery, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds and cancellations.

Please read this policy carefully before purchasing credits or subscribing to a plan.

1. General Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products and the high computational costs associated with AI image generation, we do not offer refunds on any purchases, subscriptions, or used credits. Once a subscription is activated or a credit package is purchased, the transaction is considered final. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You are free to cancel your Okira Studio subscription at any time.

  • How to cancel: You can cancel directly from your account settings under [Billing / Subscription / Account details].
  • Access after cancellation: Canceling your subscription prevents future billing. You will continue to have access to your plan's features and credits until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • No prorated refunds: We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for partially used billing periods.

3. Exceptions to the Rule

While our general policy is strictly non-refundable, we value our customers and understand that exceptional circumstances can occur. We will evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis for the following situations:

  • Billing Errors: If you are accidentally charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a technical glitch on our end or our payment processor's end.
  • Service Outages: If a major, prolonged technical fault on Okira Studio prevents you from using the service entirely, and our team is unable to resolve it in a timely manner.
  • Accidental Subscription Renewal: If you forgot to cancel your subscription, you may request a refund within 24 hours of the renewal charge, provided you have not used any credits or generated any images in the new billing cycle.

4. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you have an issue with a charge, we strongly encourage you to contact our support team first before opening a dispute with your bank or credit card company. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in the permanent suspension of your Okira Studio account.

5. Unused Credits

Credits purchased or allocated via a subscription plan must be used within their stated validity period. Unused credits expire at the end of the billing cycle (or as stated in your specific plan) and hold no cash value. They cannot be exchanged, transferred, or refunded.
