Welcome to Okira Studio (“App”) operated by Okira Ventures (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App or services (the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Services.
User / You / Your: any person who uses the App or Services.
Account: credentials provided after subscription (username/email and password).
Content: input images, model images, prompts, generated images, captions and other materials uploaded or created by you.
Services: the web-based image generation and related features accessed via the App’s webview.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts in your jurisdiction to use the Services. By using the Services you represent and warrant you are 18+ and that any images you upload do not violate third-party rights or applicable law.
You register using credentials created on our website. You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential.
You may reset or change your password from the native app. We store passwords using industry-standard hashing practices. (If third-party auth is used, we rely on that provider’s practices.)
You are responsible for all activity under your Account.
Paid features are available by subscription purchased on our website. Billing and payment processing are handled by third-party payment processors; their terms also apply.
Subscription details (price, duration, renewal) are shown at checkout. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
Refunds: Unless otherwise required by law or our explicit refund policy published on the website, payments are non-refundable. Contact support@okira.in for billing disputes.
The App opens a webview to our hosted web application where image generation occurs. You accept that processing may take place on our servers and/or third-party AI service providers.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App and Services for lawful, personal or business purposes as permitted by these Terms.
Ownership: You retain ownership of images and files you upload. For any content you upload you represent that you own or have obtained all consents and rights necessary to upload and process those images (including model releases where required).
License to Operate the Service: By uploading content you grant Okira Ventures a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, store, reproduce, modify, and process that content solely to provide, analyze, improve, and operate the Services (including generating derivative images). This license ends for new processing if you delete your Account and request removal, subject to retention rules in our Privacy Policy.
Generated Images: You may use images generated by the Service in accordance with any usage restrictions published in the App or on our website. You are responsible for ensuring generated images do not infringe third-party rights. If you use a generated image commercially, ensure you have any necessary releases/rights.

Violation may result in suspension or termination of your Account.
You represent and warrant that:
We may refuse, limit, or remove content and suspend or terminate Accounts for violating these Terms or applicable law. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Services (or parts of them) at any time.
The Services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Okira Ventures disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Okira Ventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive DAMAGES arising from your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Okira Ventures and its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless against claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your infringement of third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will publish the revised Terms in the App or on our website with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
